I wrote most of ProLocalBuilder, a flat-fee web design platform for local service businesses. Co-founded with Cesar Martinez and Zac Dillard. One builder per metro. I run Fox Valley, Wisconsin from Appleton, Cesar runs the San Francisco Bay Area, Zac runs Las Vegas.
ProLocalBuilder is a web design agency for local service businesses. Plumbers, electricians, cleaners, contractors, salons, restaurants. The pitch in one line: "Your website should make the phone ring. Not make you manage an agency."
The structural difference from a normal agency is the operating model. There are three founders, one per metro, and clients work directly with the builder responsible for their region. No account managers, no project managers, no offshore contractors. Pricing is fixed and posted on the homepage.
I wrote most of the ProLocalBuilder platform. The marketing site, the lead routing infrastructure that splits inbound clients across the three metros, the pricing tiers, the demo templates by industry vertical, and the SEO architecture.
Operationally, I also run the Fox Valley, Wisconsin metro end-to-end. Every Wisconsin client project starts and ends with me. Scope, design, build, launch, post-launch support. Cesar Martinez runs the San Francisco Bay Area. Zac Dillard runs Las Vegas. Same three of us also built Phantomline.
Three fixed-price tiers, all one-time payments:
Turnaround is 5 to 14 days. Clients own the code and domain. Optional hosting at $25/month after the first year. Nothing recurring, nothing locked in.
AI-powered 2D game studio SaaS. I built the early prototype with Tony Valcarcel before the full founding team came together.
Local-first AI video studio for faceless YouTube creators. Same team as ProLocalBuilder: me, Cesar, Zac.
